The owners, Michelle and Fabienne finally hand over their property and managed to chase the crooks Ahmed Mohamed Ahmed and his brother Moussa who had seized it illegally. The restaurant is now closed, secured by the police and it is for sale !!!

Les propriétaires, Michelle et Fabienne ont enfin remis la main sur leur propriété et ont réussi à chasser les escrocs Ahmed Mohamed Ahmed et son frère Moussa qui s'en étaient emparé illégalement. Le restaurant est maintenant fermé, sécurisé par la police et il est à vendre !!!

قضت محكمة الأقصر الجزئية بملكية فرنسيتين لمطعم يقع فى الساحة الأمامية لمجمعة معابد دينة هابو بالبر الغربى للأقصر. وشمل الحكم طرد المستأجر الذي استولى على المطعم ورفض سداد الإيجار لمدة 4 سنوات كاملة وإلزامه برد المطعم لهما، وسداد القيمة الإيجارية

After four and a half years in trial, manoeuvers of any kind to hinder justice's course, appeal, act of intimidation and embezzlement, justice issued its verdict and establish that Michelle Archimbaud and Fabienne Ivaldi are the legitimate owners of Hapy Habou restaurant.
The restaurant is now for sale.

بعد 4 أعوام من الأحكام و من المناورات بجميع انواعها للحد لاقباح من العداله و الطعن في الاستئناف و أعمال غير أخلاقية و غيره من الممارسات السيئه
استطاعت العداله فى النهايه أن تعيد حكمها على سلطه المسؤلين الحاليين عن هذا المطعم و عن عدم امانتهم

Après 4 ans et demi de procès, de manœuvres en tout genre pour freiner le cours de la justice, de pourvoi en appel, d’actes d’intimidations et autres malversations, la justice à enfin pu rendre son verdict sur l’usurpation des occupants actuels de ce restaurant et sur leur malhonnêteté.

Ce restaurant revient donc à ses propriétaires, Michelle Archimbaud et Fabienne Ivaldi.

The management contract of the Hapy Habou restaurant expired in March 2009 and was not renewed because the manager is a dishonest person. Since then, he refuses to leave and illegally operates the restaurant. Inadequate hygiene now prevails : we received claims from persons who got sick after having food in the restaurant. We therefore recommend not to go there until the judge orders the present manager to leave and the owners can be in charge again.
