Important Announcement for August! 📢‼️

In August FUMO will be operating on a reduced holiday schedule, BUT❗️
💨 Our smoked chicken is still available at Sina Market, and a new smoked turkey drop is coming soon - stay tuned for updates in our stories!
💨 For large orders, we’ll be accepting pre-orders for whole brisket (approx 4-6 kg) or whole turkey breasts (from 5 kg).

Some people collect souvenirs. Paolo collects grills (He already had 7 in Italy).
After moving to Dahab we seriously missed proper smoked meat. Brisket. Pulled beef. Juicy smoked turkey. Massive Florentine steaks. So one day we said: “How hard can it be to build a smoker in the desert?” Turns out… pretty easy! With the help of local metal masters, a lot of sparks, questionable engineering decisions 😅 and mild meat obsession… this beast was born 🔥
FUMO is just getting started.
