All of our products are free of dairy, gluten, soy and sugar -sweetened with dates instead! We serve our items frozen (except the crackers) so that you can get the freshest high quality. We want to eliminate the concept food waste, so we freeze things right after we create them and they have a very cold shelf life of 6 months ;) You will find all the nutrition info on the labels, and if you want to know anything more, feel free to ask!
