Good morning everyone!
Unfortunately, we have encountered some unfortunate setbacks lately regarding taking orders. Which urged us to clarify on the immense effort put in our process of making a decorative cake.
Serving a quality cake with great taste does not happen overnight. Everything begins the moment we settle on the idea that both of Chez Louli and the client agree upon. Your order takes place from that day, specially if the order is due in less than one week ahead.
We purchase all needed items for the design and not just the baking.
Accordingly, in 48 hours or less, money would be paid, effort would be exerted and your cake would actually be 90% ready.
Designing and baking a cake so artistically takes time, money, and energy, therefore, it drains me emotionally when I have to shove my long hours of work down the trash upon an inconsiderate abrupt cancellation.
Consequently, we will start taking a 50% deposit on Wedding/Engagement cakes, and a 30% deposit on Birthday/Celebration cakes.
While I passionately pour my heart out into making the best of your cake to be an unforgettable memory in your wonderful celebrations, putting my dedicated efforts in consideration will be highly appreciated. ❤️
