This Saul Tapiero lot is honestly wild. Since it’s a natural anaerobic, you get these really deep, wine-soaked berry notes and baked plum, but it still finishes with a bit of crisp apple. It’s definitely not your average Colombian coffee. If you’re into the funkier, fruitier stuff, this one is for you.
