This smile has been through a lot. 💌

From a small Berlin kitchen to street food markets, corporate caterings, a food truck and now her very own restaurant at KERB Berlin Lauren has been on quite a journey. A cancer diagnosis along the way didn't stop her. Her team held it down and she kept showing up.

This is what passion looks like. And we wouldn't have it any other way.

Some chapters are harder than others. 💌

This photo was taken shortly after one of the proudest moments of Lauren's life, the opening of her restaurant at . A dream she had worked towards for years, finally real.

What you couldn't see then was what was coming. Shortly after this photo was taken, Lauren received a cancer diagnosis. The kind of news that changes everything.

She couldn't be in the kitchen every day anymore. But her team was. Quietly, steadily, with full hearts. They kept every plate going, every order out, every guest taken care of. Because that's what our little crew does. We show up.

Fräulein Kimchi is still here because of the people behind it and because of every single one of you who has ever stopped by, placed an order or simply cheered us on. We don't take that for granted for a single day. ❤️🌶️
