Over a kilo and it’s not 60$ 🤭😇
Made with all organic flour (imported and bloody expensive), homemade sundried tomatoes, local hand-pitted olives, extra virgin olive oil, fresh mint and cilantro, fresh lemon juice and zest. Inclusions are 50%! Sourdough of course! It proofs overnight in the fridge, weighs almost 1100 gr after bake (1250 gr pre bake) and it’s deadly addictive and delicious!
It costs €14 and it’s one of my most expensive loaves. New York vs Cyprus : I ll take Cyprus thank you 🤭🤩
