La Débouche

Meet all the people behind organic, biodynamic and natural wine in this region - winemakers of course, but also chefs, sommeliers, importers... Everyone involved, really! And while we're at it, we will also do our best to uncover many other food gems we come across: one-of-a-kind producers, craft drinks makers, traditional and modern recipes, street food classics, etc...

All our adventures are relayed here, but initially published under the Instagram account .

[WHO WE ARE]

Val Benoist & Chach Salmon, a 30-something French couple passionate about wine (obviously). Living in London, we’ve decided to take some time off to travel around Latin America following this theme. We work on the stories hand in hand: Chach takes the pics, Val writes the captions. Any suggestion of someone we should meet, somewhere we should go, a story we should tell? Any collaboration idea?
