Mardi Gras Mardi Gras, a French bistro is located in former French concession with beautiful courtyard. whiskey are served over ball ice with Crystal glasses.

The bistro offers classic French cuisine with contemporary interpretation from onion soup, bouillabaisse to grilled rib steak and lemon tart. The restaurant create sophisticating and exciting dining experience which remind glamorous past of Shanghai. The Bar on the 2nd floor offer a relaxed space and varies cocktails with precision of a British hotel in the 30's. There are fine touch every where, sink into an upholstered chair at the bar and peruse a menu full of long-lost friends.

Located in a villa on Xingguo Road, Mardi Gras is a quaint and elegant European restaurant that is rustic and understated – wooden tables and chairs, an open deck, while the interior is dark, old-fashioned, echoing the 70s and 80s era. The Milano cutlet lunch main is a breaded pork cutlet actually from Mardi Gras’ late spring menu, simple and deceiving, with just grated hard cheese for garnishing; and dinner's main is a sea bass en croute: a golden brown stuffed oven baked pastry.
