100L Fully Automatic Five-Vessel University Teaching and Experimental Beer Brewing System.

Specially developed for teaching and practical training in university food science faculties and brewing programmes, this system faithfully replicates the industrial craft beer production process and is suitable for multiple purposes, including teaching experiments, research prototyping and small-scale production trials.

The entire unit is constructed from 304 food-grade stainless steel, featuring an integrated layout comprising 5 vessels—mash tun, lauter tun, boiling kettle, whirlpool tun and hot water tank—and is equipped with a fully automatic PLC touchscreen control system. The entire process runs automatically via pre-programmed sequences, with the option to switch freely between manual/automatic modes, enabling students/brewer to practise process adjustments and conduct parameter comparison experiments.

🍻 Our 65L home brewery system is FINISHED!

This system comes with a 3-vessel brewhouse and 3pcs 65L fermentation tanks, ready to turn out some serious batches.

One of my favorite features? The hot water tank is fitted with a Herms coil, so when you're mashing, the wort circulates through the coil instead of sitting directly on the heat—say goodbye to burnt wort! 🙌

And in the kettle/whirlpool tun, we added a retractable mixing blade that lifts up during whirlpooling, so it stays out of the way and lets the whirlpool do its magic. Clean, clear wort, here we come!

◆◆ 8-Plate Tray Design: Optimized specifically for rum characteristics. Through multi-layer vapor-liquid exchange, it effectively separates the heads, heart, and tails, easily and stably distilling a pure spirit with 70% ABV.

◆◆ Balance of Flavor and Purity: Under the condition of 70% ABV cut-off, it retains the original ester aromas of sugarcane/molasses and tropical fruit flavors while ensuring a smooth and pure body, laying an excellent foundation for subsequent aging.
