We wanted to share some known blackout dates!

These are dates that we will NOT be open at the Truck Stop.

We don’t take a lot of private events, because quite frankly, it’s a lot of work and it means that we’re away from our home base, BUT we do taking private bookings as a beverage service with ease. (We’ve done over 100 weddings as a mobile bar) HOWEVER, private bookings means private events. Not public. If you’re interested in booking us for a public event, that’s great - but we do not accept events that require vendor fees, or anything for us paying out of pocket to be there. We’re not a food truck, we’re a luxury service if you take us away from our permanent space.

It’s Fri-Yay! &&& it’s a decently nice day?! A rare sunny day, and a Friday Special?!

The Joey Tribbiani; aka The Worlds Greatest Sandwich; aka The Meatball Sandwich!

Built on a Panini Bun, Housemade Meatballs, Mozzarella&Provolone&Parmesan Cheese, a Hearty Marinara, Some Red Onion, and Toasted before it’s served.

As for this weekend: it’s raining folks & not a nice rain. We’re giving our staff the weekend, and especially Sunday where we encourage everyone to spend time with their dads

We took the rainy day, and did something productive with it.

Hello Breakfast, welcome to the menu. 🥐🥯🍳🌯

Breakfast Wrap; Potato Hash, Ham Pieces, Breakfast Sausage Crumble, Cheese and of course, Eggs. Side Salsa & Franks Red Hot Sauce! Served warm if you’re in a hurry, and a quick press if you’re not!

It’s a perfect day for some yard maintenance! If you drive by today, you might notice we’re parked behind the barriers as we have some help levelling out the yard!
