We've seen our menu being shared around GF pages means everything to us.

From the start, it was really important to us to have a dedicated GF fryer and to make almost everything on our menu available as a gluten free option. No second-guessing, no "just ask your server and hope for the best." Just real food you can feel good about.

We’re are personally grateful to the 3 fathers in our lives who have supported us in opening Emporia in more ways than they know!

The Story of Emporia 💖

This reel did quite well on our TikTok a few months back, sharing some of the backstory of how we built Emporia!

If you’re new here, hi I’m Jen & I run our social media 🙋🏼‍♀️
And this is my husband Jesse, he is the restauranteur and runs literally everything else 💁🏽‍♂️

(and we also have an amazing video editor and TikTok Manager named Jenna who helps us share our story!)

And this is some of the behind the scenes of building Emporia.

A year ago we took over this location from the old Darcy’s Westshore and renovated it all last summer and turned it into what you see today!

It’s been a lot of hard work, and there’s still so many things we want to add as we can. Some highs and lows of small business ownership. But overall, a lot of wins!

We love the people and the community that has come out to support us over the year, we know the change was hard initially, it was hard for us too, but we certainly wouldn’t be here without you all!

Come dance tonight! There’s a stellar event on that only happens every few months! Afrobeats Night! 🔥
