Introducing Don’t Panic. ❤️

We’ve started by placing 20 Don’t Panics into our dish, each redeemable for a coffee or treat.

Anyone can add a Don’t Panic to the dish for $4 to help brighten someone else’s day and keep this initiative going.

Maybe you forgot your wallet. Maybe things are a little tight right now. Maybe you could simply use a pick-me-up. Whatever the reason, if you need one, it’s there for you.

Don’t Panic is named in memory of Sidney Gavin, father of owner Michelle Barbour. “Don’t Panic” was the name of one of his fishing boats.

Anyone who knew Sidney knew that if there was a benefit, you’d likely find him at the back of the room raising his hand at an auction, contributing to a local fundraiser, or doing what he could to support someone in need.

We can’t think of a better way to carry forward that same spirit of community than through Don’t Panic.

If you need one, take one. If you’re able to leave one, we know someone will appreciate it. ☕️

☕️ This Weekend’s Hours ☕️

Friday: Open 8 AM–3 PM
Saturday: Closed
Sunday: Closed

Our espresso machine is heading out on a little road trip to Halifax this weekend for some scheduled maintenance and a tune-up. 🚗☕️

We’ll provide an update on Monday regarding reopening on Tuesday, but we’re not expecting any major issues and hope to be back serving your favourite drinks then.

Thanks for your patience while we help keep every cup tasting its best! 🤎
