The time has come to say goodbye! After 4 years Stardust Vegan Bake Shop is officially closed ✨💜✨

Thank you so much to those of you who supported me and my dream to run a fully vegan home based bake shop. It’s been such a pleasure to supply compassionate baking to the city of Thunder Bay and to be a part of so many special celebrations; birthdays, anniversaries, engagements, weddings, baby showers, you name it.

I will miss seeing your smiling faces and chatting with you when picking up your goodies! Having my products at The Groggy Toad Coffee House was a dream come true and I am touched my baking has been enjoyed so much by this community.

One of my favourite things about this business is helping people realize vegan food is amazing. I cannot count the number of times customers have told me they or someone they served were shocked to find out my treats are vegan. You do not have to give up your favourite foods by choosing to leave animals off your plate. Please be kind to all kinds, not just humankind 💜

Hey friends! As you know, we’re closing up shop at the end of June. There will be two Treat Days offered before then (one this month, one next) so it’s a great chance to pick up some of your favourite goodies before we’re gone!

Get your orders and payment in by May 20th for pick up May 28th.

If you’re looking to place a custom order or want to stock up on a particular item, please get your order in asap. Do not wait until early-mid June to place an order as you may not be accommodated.

Let us know below if there’s something in particular you’d like to see available for the next Treat Day 💜🧁 (gluten free items will be available by custom order only)

Hi everyone,

We have some news to share regarding the future of Stardust Vegan Bake Shop. Life is (quite literally) taking us in another direction and we will be closing this summer as we pursue a new and exciting adventure!

Also, as you may or may not know, the Groggy Toad Coffee House has permanently shut its doors. This means our treats are only available through custom ordering with us.

Custom orders will be open until the end of June, so if you have an event coming up before then, or would just like to stock up, please reach out. We will not be attending any markets or special events, so your last shot at getting our goodies is directly through us. As usual, please allow two weeks notice (or more) for your orders. This helps us to serve you better and we appreciate your cooperation.

Easter is right around the corner and we’ve got a few goodies to help you celebrate 💜🐥🌷🐰🥕All items are available gluten free, however, as we are not a dedicated GF facility there is the possibility of cross contamination. Orders and payment are due by April 2nd for pick up April 15th. Msg to order ✨

Hey folks, our holiday menu is up and orders have officially opened! If you’re looking to enjoy some vegan treats this holiday season take a look and let us know what you’d like. There’s something for everyone, including those with gluten sensitivities. Please keep in mind our kitchen is not a dedicated gluten free space so there is always a chance of cross contamination. Orders and payment are due by December 4th so get your orders in early! Regular custom orders will be closed from December 12th to January 3rd, so if you need something for early January, please get in touch before December 22nd.

Our Story

Welcome to Thunder Bay’s first exclusively vegan bake shop!

Stardust Vegan Bake Shop is a small, home based bakery specializing in vegan baking. Their tasty treats lack animal ingredients, but they are not short on flavour or quality.

Adrienne is combining her love of animals with her passion for creating and baking. Her goal is to help people understand you don’t have to compromise flavour or miss out on your favourite foods by eating plant based. While living in Southern Ontario, Adrienne and her husband had no difficulties satisfying their cravings for vegan sweets. This was no longer the case upon returning to Thunder Bay. Adrienne wants to bring an even greater variety of vegan baked goods to Thunder Bay than is currently available.
