As much as it disappoints us to say this. . . We think patio season might officially be over. . . We sure did have a good run, this summer! We’ve always got the cure for the bad weather blues, here at Jack's Pub. It’s amazing what a great meal and some good fellowship will do for the disposition! The fireplaces are lit and the fellas in the kitchen have got some delicious specials to warm the belly and soul, this weekend. The girls out front will be here to great you with a friendly hello, a big smile and maybe even a tasty beverage or two!

Our special is Alfredo chicken wings with a side Caesar salad. It’s 6 chicken wings deep fried crisp and tossed in Alfredo sauce, served with a side Caesar salad and garlic toast. We’ve got hamburger barley soup in the pot this week. It’s a savoury mirepoix base with ground chuck, diced tomatoes and pot barley and comes served with a side of saltines. Our October beverage of the month, is Vimy Red Ale from the Vimy Brewing Company.

A happy Thanksgiving weekend to everyone! We’re certainly very grateful, here at Jack's Pub, for the many blessings we’ve been bestowed. We have terrific staff, wonderful customers and are thankful for the opportunity to keep plugging away at making this place something special, for those who are able to take the time to pay us a visit. We’ll be here all weekend for those looking to connect with friends and family. We’ve got some hearty Thanksgiving themed specials, cold beverages and warm fellowship waiting for you! Please note that the kitchen and pub will be closing at 7PM, this Sunday, so our staff can get home and enjoy some time with their loved ones. Thank you so much everyone for your continued support! It means the world to us! We wish you well, this holiday long weekend!

Our special is a turkey dinner grilled cheese sandwich. It’s a grilled cheese sandwich on white bread stuffed with Gouda cheese, roasted turkey breast, stuffing and a house made cranberry sauce. It comes served with a side of French fries and gravy. We’ve got Thanksgiving dinner soup in the pot this week. It’s a savoury mirepoix base with roasted turkey breast, green peas, corn niblets and mashed potatoes. It’s garnished with a dollop of cranberry sauce and house made croutons. We survived the United Way/Centraide of Stormont, Dundas & Glengarry Ultimate Burger Battle! It was a real doozie! We sold 144 of our apple pie cheese burgers, in the month of September! This means we raised close to $300 for the local chapter of the United Way, right here at Jack's Pub! A big thank you to all those who sampled the burger. Your generosity certainly added up to something special, $2 at a time! We won’t have much for patio weather, this weekend, as it appears the autumn temperatures have set in. In light of the cooler weather, the boys in the kitchen have put together a hearty soup and special this week that has a little Italian flair to it! Guaranteed to satisfy! The girls out front look forward to welcoming you for a great meal a tasty beverage and some warm fellowship.

We’ve got chicken Parmesan soup in the pot this week. It’s a savoury, tomato base with caramelized onions and orzo. We’re happy to be through the United Way/Centraide of Stormont, Dundas & Glengarry Ultimate Burger Battle! It was a task but we’d like to think we rose to the challenge! It’s always fun to plate up something a little out of the ordinary! Glad to serve up the last one we made, on Sunday, to good ole Roy Boy himself! We’re pleased to say, that we made 144 apple pie cheeseburgers over the course of September. It’s your last opportunity to sample our autumn themed burger as we have one last weekend of running our United Way Ultimate Burger Battle special. $2 from each burger is donated to United Way/Centraide of Stormont, Dundas & Glengarry. We very much appreciate the day off this past Saturday as our ownership and staff commemorated Shawn’s Entrepreneur of the Year award. It was a special evening for all of us! Our crew is certainly back at it, full force, this week! We continue with our United Way Ultimate Burger Battle special. $2 from each burger is donated to United Way/Centraide of Stormont, Dundas & Glengarry. A gentle reminder that we will be closed Saturday, September 12th. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Ownership and staff will be attending the Township of South Glengarry Business and Community Awards, where Shawn is being honoured as the 2026 Entrepreneur of the Year! We’re very thankful to all those who think the big guy is deserving of such recognition. We look forward to celebrating with all those who are being recognized. A huge thank you again to all those who made our Texas style BBQ a success, this past Labour Day weekend! We had perfect weather and lots of great folks join in on the meal! We served well over 100 people and most left us with some really positive reviews! We continue with our United Way Ultimate Burger Battle special this weekend. $2 from each burger is donated to United Way/Centraide of Stormont, Dundas & Glengarry. It also looks like we might squeeze some more out of our patio this week. The weather seems like it’s going to cooperate with us over the weekend! We really hope to see you out for some great food, a cold beverage and some good fellowship! Please note that we will be CLOSED THIS SATURDAY as our staff celebrates Shawn’s recognition as the Township of South Glengarry’s entrepreneur of the year at the Business & Community Awards Gala.

Thank you to all those who came out and enjoyed our Texas style BBQ on Sunday! It was wonderful to have so many people here enjoying a proper Texas cookout! It was a lot of work and we very much hope everyone appreciated the fruits of our labour! A huge shout out to Bbqwithdrew, Henderson’s Grocery, Café Butte & Bine Farm, Brandon from Labatt, and Willibee Honey for your contributions! You really helped make this meal a special one! We hope this turns into an annual tradition, here at Jack's Pub! We’ll see you Labour Day Sunday, 2027!
