Success! Welcome to Westside Gardens!

So true! It’s been a long journey from the very first day this land was purchased over 3 years ago! Project planning, conceptual designs, major setbacks, approvals, constant delays and nothing but roadblocks! But this week….after all the hard work, many battles, sweat and tears, sleepless nights ….we achieved nothing but success! We have completed our first two buildings and our wonderful tenants have moved in and once again, a small friendly community will evolve!

Lots of work ahead of us but we are making great progress and on the right path to another successful development! 💪

Check out our other major development that has been happening this building season! This is the Garden River Transitional Housing Development! Consists of 12 Residential Buildings and 1 Administration Building. Clearing of the land started in February with the site infrastructure following immediately. Our crew has been split up with Matt and Hunter managing this project…..and our trades bouncing back and forth between the two big developments! Big shout out to the Ficmar Team and all Sub-trades involved for really moving this project along! 👏👏👏
