Bean-chyssoise

If less is more, just imagine how much more more would be

This drunk fry is all about the potatoes.
You get our classic garlic fries on top of a traditional vichyssoise garnished with some pomme gob-phine and dilly picklery stick.
This looks like a word salad but really it's just a fancy way to say you get potatoes four different ways.

An ode to my French ancestors, may they roll over in their graves, complete the experience by sipping on a tiny espresso and enjoying the sun on our "patio"

The Pit Goblin

Spring has finally begun to sprung and soon summer will actually here and we're just as ready as all of you are maybe more.

So we decided to start your summer off with the Pit Goblin, all the flavors you love about your favorite backyard barbecue.

Two of our famous smash patties,
dusted liberally with our barbecue chips seasoning, grilled mushrooms creamy mozzarella cheese and a backyard coleslaw made with our own Alabama white barbecue sauce.

We are currently having some communication issues with the online store.

Combined with the recent destruction of our open sign.
It sure does feel like we are closed for the day...

Hey friends,

I know it's short notice but we decided that we want to do some upgrades to the kitchen and then have a staff meeting and then maybe a hangout and as such are gonna take Tuesday off for some shenanigans after all our responsibilities.

Deceptive *chilli* fries

They may not be the chilli fries you expected but they will leave you pleasantly surprised. With a tangy sweetness followed by a warm spice.

Chilli fries are not, coated in a sweet chilli glaze, topped with diced red onions, banana peppers, and drizzled with a honey cheese sauce.

However... these not chilli, *chilli* fries are.
