Annual Seasonal Employment from September - December

Job Description includes:

- Record weight and quantity of meat received

- Prepare special cuts of meat ordered by customers, such as; Cut, trim, bone, grind and vacuum pack meat products

- Wrap, weigh and label cuts of meat

- Weigh finished products

- Receive, inspect, and store meat upon delivery, to ensure meat quality

- Mark products with identifying information

- Estimate requirements and order or requisition butchering supplies to maintain inventories

- Knife Sharpening

- End of shift cleanup

- Training will be provided

Moose season is here again and our staff are back working hard to make sure we deliver the quality processing we have become known for.

We process your animal into steaks, roast, ground, shaved, sausages and burger patties. We offer a variety of seasoning options for your sausages and burger patties: Honey Garlic, Mild Italian, Oktoberfest, Hot Italian, Extra Hot Italian, Maple, Apple, Sundried Tomato & Basil, Donair and Wild Game.

Chilling is free if you get your meat processed and everything is vacuum packed to keep your meat fresh longer.
