Our website is temporarily down for the next two weeks, but we’re still OPEN and working as usual.

👉 Orders are available via Uber Eats & DoorDash.
👉 You’re also very welcome to come in, order in person, and dine with us.

Friends,

We’re going through a season of changes — some spontaneous, unexpected, and honestly not fully planned.

Roll Republic will continue working at this location until January 28.
This will be our last working day here, and after that we’ll be taking a pause to officially finish our lease and start looking for a new place.

Everything happened quite suddenly, and we weren’t fully prepared for it, so we’ll need a little time to regroup, breathe, and figure out our next step.

Until then, we would love to see you.
Come by, say hi, chat with us — and if you have any ideas, tips, or leads, we’ll be deeply grateful. Truly.
