The black one with all the bubbles are the Poison Apples so I don't mind the bubbles for Halloween.

This is my first time making Kwarktaart and it's also my first time trying it!! It is delicious 😋 I made it with Quark from Markhoeve Dairy Farm!
What is quark you ask??? It is a dutch creamy, mild cheese. Sort of a cross between Greek Yogurt and cream cheese.
Markhoave Dairy Farm makes Quark in a few flavours. Maple, Blueberry and Regular.

Join us at the Port Rowan Market today or The Art on the Farm Market tomorrow, in front of the C***r Keg Farm, to sample freshly made Oliebollens and make it a Canadian tradition every day. Also try the cinnamon buns, carefully prepared with milk from Markhoeve Dairy Farm and maple syrup from The Hodi Family Farm.
