🍂 Fall Tasting Boxes are ready! 🍐✨

This might be my favourite tasting boxes I’ve put together. Six flavours that feel like everything I love about fall baking — warm spices, caramel, chocolate, fruit, and lots of beautiful little layers and textures.

Inside you’ll find:

🍎 Caramel Apple
🥕 Cardamom Carrot
🍫🍊 Chocolate Orange
🍮 Sticky Toffee
🍐 Golden Pear
🤎 Gingerbread

Each one was created to be more than just cake and buttercream. I love building flavours with mousses, compotes, caramels, creams, pralines and crunches so every bite has something a little unexpected.

And can we talk about these boxes?! The blush pink, gold spoons and little mauve bows make my heart so happy. 🎀

These six flavours make up my Fall/Winter 2026 menu and will be available for your upcoming celebrations, weddings and events.

This vintage-inspired sheet cake is overflowing with all the details I love — layers of romantic piping, hand-piped buttercream roses, delicate florals, soft pastel tones, pearls, touches of gold, and the prettiest butterflies bringing it all together. 🌸

I love taking a classic sheet cake and turning it into something that feels completely over-the-top, whimsical and special. 💕

A little buttercream garden in full bloom 🌿🌸

Soft lavender, blush pink and sage come together on this vintage-inspired floral cake, with hand-piped wildflowers climbing the sides and delicate florals tucked into layers of romantic ruffles.

I love combining vintage piping with florals like this — every little flower, leaf and detail is placed by hand to create a cake that feels completely one of a kind. 🤍

Pretty, whimsical and just a little bit nostalgic… exactly the kind of cake I love creating.

This cake has the BEST story. ❤️🌹✨

It was originally ordered for an engagement party… but somewhere along the way, the couple decided, why wait? — and got married instead! 💍🥂

So this beauty went from engagement cake to wedding cake, and I can’t think of a sweeter reason for a last-minute change of plans.

Hand-piped red roses, soft ivory florals, cascading greenery and touches of gold made this one feel romantic, timeless and just a little bit dramatic. ✨

Congratulations to the newlyweds! 🤍 Here’s to spontaneous decisions, beautiful beginnings, and choosing forever. 🥂
