Have you been looking for your first job? Want to gain experience, meet new people, and be part of some exciting community events this summer?

Mi Sueño will be attending the Job Fair on June 29th, and we're looking for enthusiastic students to join our team!

As a Food Service & Event Assistant, you'll get hands-on experience with:
🌮 Food preparation and service
😊 Customer service
💵 Taking orders and handling cash
🎪 Community events and catering
🧹 Kitchen organization and food safety
🤝 Teamwork and communication skills

One of the biggest reasons I'm hiring students this summer is because I remember how hard it was to get my first job. Everyone needs someone willing to give them that first opportunity.

At Mi Sueño, I want to create a fun, supportive environment where students can learn new skills, build confidence, gain real work experience, and feel comfortable being themselves.

✨ We all start somewhere, and I'd love to help the next generation take that first step.

🎬 Friday Night Movie Nights
After seeing how much fun everyone had at our first movie night, we've decided to keep them going!

Weather permitting, we'll be hosting FREE outdoor movie nights every Friday evening throughout the summer.

Bring a lawn chair, a blanket, and even your own snacks if you'd like. The kids had a blast at the last one, and we're looking forward to making it a regular summer tradition.

We're excited to be spending the day at beautiful Big Sand Bay tomorrow!

🌮 Mi Sueño will be set up and open to the public starting at 12:00 PM, serving all your favorites. Come enjoy the beach, grab some tacos, and soak up the summer vibes with us.

📍 We will be set up near Squirrel Lane at Big Sand Bay.

🚗 Parking will be available at the boat launch area, and we'll have signs posted to help guide you.

We'll have tickets available today at the taco stand and tomorrow at the beach.

⚠️ Only a few tickets remain! If you've been thinking about coming, now is the time to grab your spot.

💃 Salsa Night Schedule

💃 Salsa Lessons Start at 5:30 PM Sharp

Our salsa lesson is approximately 1 hour long, so please make sure you're there on time so you don't miss any of the instruction.

After the lesson, there's no rush to leave! Stick around, enjoy the beach, chat with friends, take in the sunset, and enjoy a relaxing summer evening with us. 🌅❤️
We'll begin packing up around 8:00 PM, but
everyone is welcome to hang out and enjoy the atmosphere after the lesson wraps up.

MI SUEÑO JUNIOR TACO MAKERS CLUB

School's out, and we're planning something fun for the kids!
Join us on Friday, June 26th from 4:00 PM - 5:30 PM for our very first Junior Taco Makers Club at Mi Sueño!

For just $5 per child, little chefs will:
🌮 Learn how tortillas are made
👩‍🍳 Press their own tortilla dough
🔥 Cook their own tortilla on the griddle
🥗 Build their own tacos at our taco bar buffet
🏆 Receive an official Junior Taco Maker Certificate

This hands-on experience is all about having fun, learning something new, and giving kids the chance to create their own tacos from start to finish!
Parents are welcome to stay, relax, grab some food, and cheer on their little chefs.
🎬 And don't forget — we'll be hosting Movie Night later that evening, so make a night of it with the family!

🎉⚡ WE FINALLY HAVE POWER! ⚡🎉

After all the renovations, delays, and hard work, Mi Sueño finally has power running to the trailer!

This might not seem like a big deal to everyone, but we've never had power in the trailer before. Ever.

That means the fryer is officially up and running, we can expand our menu, and we're one step closer to the vision we've been working toward. 🌮❤️

We're not finished with renovations yet, and there's still lots we want to do, but this is a huge step forward and brings us one step closer to the vision we've been working toward. ❤️🌮

I also want to take a moment to thank Adam Jelly. This wouldn't have been possible without his help, hard work, and willingness to lend a hand when it was needed. There have been a lot of people supporting Mi Sueño behind the scenes, but Adam played a huge role in helping make this happen, and I'm incredibly grateful for everything he's done. ❤️
