We’re incredibly honoured and grateful to share that The Milk Maid has once again been awarded the Service Excellence Award at the recent Owen Sound & District Chamber of Commerce Business Excellence Awards!

To receive this recognition for a second consecutive year means the world to us. Customer service has always been at the heart of what we do, and this award is a reflection of the amazing people who make The Milk Maid what it is every day. On either side of the cheese counter!

Cheesy friends, it’s time for another Milk Maid Charcuterie Night! 🧀✨

Join us June 19 and/or 20, from 6pm - 8pm, to get hands-on guidance from our expert cheesemongers to teach you the art of crafting exquisite cheese & charcuterie boards.

After sampling a dozen or so of our finest cheeses, you’ll then choose your favourite 3 (4 if you don’t want meat), select from a variety of sides and garnish, build your own board, and either enjoy right away, or wrap it up to bring home and show off to family and friends.

Vegetarian, gluten-free and vegan options will be available. Drinks not included, but know that we are fully licensed and have a nice selection of wine, beer, cider, and non-alc options available to enjoy.

Mondays are BACK at The Milk Maid!

With the warmer weather finally here, and Victoria Day behind us, it’s time for summer hours. Starting this Monday, May 25, we’ll be open every Monday moving forward in Owen Sound, Port Elgin, and Meaford. Kick your case of the Mondays with yummy cheese! Or in the case of Owen Sound, lunch with a friend, or happy hour drinks and charcuterie 🧀🍷😋

The warmer weather also brings back some of our favorites, like fresh burrata and buffalo mozzarella, patio drinks in the sun, and lots of fun events, so stay tuned for that!
