Weβre extremely thankful for all the great oopportunities coming our way eversince the year started.
From the ASIAN HERITAGE MONTH Celebration in May to this whole PHILIPPINE INDEPENDENCE MONTH celebration this June - it has been a whirlwind.
Thank you to the Philippine Embassy for having Chef Hero Provido and the Saboroso Team prepare these appetizers for the Event: A Taste of the Philippines/Les saveurs des Philippines - A culinary and cultural reception featuring Philippine cuisine, hospitality, and culture for members and guests.
We featured our PERLAS NG SILANGAN dishes - the TRIO:
- Crispy Pork Kare-Kare on Shrimp Kropek
- Rellenong Bangus ala Pobre
- Mini Chicken Inasal bites with a side of Achara.
To top it off is our creamy Leche Flan with Fruits.
Our very own in-house drinks were also featured:
- Binibining Margarita (Calamansi Liqueur Simple Magarita)
- Sinag (Mango Liqueur Fizz Drink)
