Did you know? Beans taste better when they have had a little time to rest after roasting. Wait a minimum of 4 days before grinding medium roasts 1 week before grinding dark and longer for espresso. In an espresso machine, it gives too much creama if used too soon. Earlier isn't always better. 😉 Vented packaging like ours, helps keep beans from degassing too quickly. The result is freshness and great flavor longer. Enjoy!!
