It's looking at all aspects of our lives and working on one at a time with the hope to reach a state of balance. My focus in helping others lies with fitness, food, mindfulness and everyday lifestyle habits. To me these aspects help us not just with the physical aspects of health, but also with the mental and emotional aspects. When all of these are in balance to some degree, our lives feel more fulfilled and happier all around. My main program is now a group coaching health program. This program is a coaching program, where I provide the program(meal plan, food lists, exercise plan) and then I coach you through it. We start with 30 days and then continue based on need and stage of life. One on one personal training can be arranged as part of the program.

LIMITLESS ✨ It’s more than a word I wear. It’s how I choose to live.

To me, being limitless means choosing possibility over limitation.

It’s believing in the version of you who already has the thing, is living the dream, is being the woman you know you’re here to be… even when you can’t see exactly how you’re going to get there.

It’s stretching beyond what’s comfortable.
Trusting yourself.
Trusting the Universe.
Staying open to surprise and delight.
And remembering that abundance is your birthright.

I call the women I work with Limitless Women because I watch them do this over and over again. They evolve. They stretch. They speak up. They allow themselves to want more and receive more.

Limitless doesn’t mean there won’t be fear or discomfort.

It means you don’t let either one decide what’s possible for you.

And I happen to LOVE wearing words that remind me of who I choose to be. 🤍

If you’re new here, hi, I’m Binu👋. I’m an Intuitive Leadership mentor, event host, founder of the Speak Up Community and host of The Binu Show.

I’m 55, a mom of three 20 yr olds, married for 31 years, and I believe this season of life is not the time to get quieter. It’s the time to use everything we’ve lived, learned and know, speak up, be seen and do something meaningful with it.

I highly recommend creating a hype team ❤️

Today is one of those days….i spent the day walking around Toronto with two of my friends , around a lot of people. The day before I was at a 100 woman event, again lots of people.

I’m an introvert-extrovert which means to me that I get energized by myself and often get de-energized when I take in too much energy from other people…even if it’s good high vibes!

So today is rest day by myself at home.

After waking up feeling tired and my eyes a big puffy, knowing I’m video recording two new episodes tomorrow….these messages just ignited something in me!

And I have my eye patches on of course!!!

I’m celebrating myself for creating my hype team because I KNEW I’d want some extra support relaunching my podcast …. I am stepping out of my comfort zone BIG TIME!!!!

It’s not my first “get outside the comfort zone” experience so when you know you know!

You can still join my hype team until end of today!
