Dear Loyal Welcome Parlour Customers & North Shore Community Friends,

After many years of scooping, serving, sharing, and creating wonderful memories together, our family has made the decision to close Welcome Parlour Ice Cream. 🍦❤️
This was not an easy decision, but we feel that the time has come for our family to take this next step and start this next chapter. As we look back, we are filled with an overwhelming sense of gratitude for each and every one of you who has supported us throughout the years. Welcome Parlour has not only been a wonderful place for our 4 sons to grow up working but many other North Shore teenagers as well have served you all with a smile...most of the time 😊
Thank you for choosing Welcome Parlour. Thank you for bringing your families, your friends, your celebrations. and your everyday moments through our doors. Thank you for your loyalty, your kind words, your smiles, and for making our little ice cream shop such a special part of our lives.
What started as a family business became so much more because of you. Over the years, you became part of the Welcome Parlour family, and we will always treasure the memories we made together.
It has been an absolute privilege to serve our community, and we are deeply grateful for the years of dedication and support you have given us and the amazing staff we have had.
While we are closing our doors, we hope that the memories and perhaps a few favourite ice cream flavours will stay with you for years to come.
Come say “hello” and have a scoop one last time!
