A Taste of Kent

A Taste of Kent Handmade jams, jellies, and condiments. For several years, I've been making jams, jellies and more for friends and for sale at local farmers markets.

Playing around with flavours and looking for recipes that are a little bit different have always been my favourite things about canning. I use as much local produce and fruit as I can, since Kent county, New Brunswick is full of great, homegrown goodness. Some of the items I use come from my own garden, others from friends and neighbours. During the summer, I can be found on Saturday mornings at t
