Working on a special order this week and adding this new cookie to the mix.

Let’s meet Vanilla Iced Oatmeal Cookie! She is a soft chewy vanilla oatmeal cookie dipped in the perfect consistency of icing.

Wow she is yummy! 😋

I’m going to do up some harvest boxes which will be perfect for the coffee or meal in the field. Also great for back to school lunches. Might be some cookie bites coming too for those kiddos (let’s be honest it’s us parents who love them the most 😂)

Special order of brown butter chocolate chip cookies going out for a customer. 💫

Back on Halloween last year I made brown butter spider cookies and they were a hit with this customer. It was most definitely her first flavor pick to bring to her meeting today.

Brown butter cookies take a bit more time but so worth it. A nice nutty caramel flavor just brings your classic cookies to a new level.

It’s Moosomin Lakes Halloween In The Park today! 👀

I have cookies for the first 50 trick or treaters (you must be in a costume).

S’mores sandwich cookies! A chocolate chip graham wafer cookie with bottoms dipped in chocolate and sandwiched between scoop of marshmallow fluff. I will also have the traditional Chocolate Chip cookies or if your little trick or treater would prefer candy we have that too.

So grab those costumes and head on out. 👻 Halloween in the park is from 6pm to 8pm.

Spend the day on the beach, let the kids play at one of the parks(or all of the parks), have a picnic, go on the walking trails, fish from the fishing dock, play some beach volleyball or rent a kayak. There is lots to do before heading out for trick or treating. 🎃

When your camping and ideas pop in your head. This was a total trial and error cookie bake on the Blackstone.
Here is what I learned 🤣

🍪 make your cookies smaller
🍪 slightly flatten your cookies
🍪 do not bake on top of grill
🍪 allow extra time
🍪 know the inside temperature

All in all not bad but definitely not my preference lol. Also keep friends away from the cookie dough. 🤣

A special shout out to an amazing couple on their special day this weekend. The bride wanted cookies instead of cake for their wedding and I couldn’t agree more!
Sugar cookie cutouts with creamy buttercream. Simple, elegant and dreamy. These sweet treats made it safe and sound to Lumsden and not going to lie I was a bit stressed about making sure they did.

Congratulations to you both and thank you for trusting me to be apart of your special day. Wishing you all the best ❤️ The wedding day couldn’t be more perfect.
