🎬 The Eva and Tarek Cooking Show is back! 😂

Tarek is filming while I tease him again and show you how I make my Greek gemista. Eggplant, zucchini, tomatoes and red, yellow, orange and green peppers, all stuffed with seasoned minced beef and rice. 🍆🥒🍅🫑🇬🇷

So many colours and so much flavour! Tarek tries to keep the camera steady while I turn another recipe into a full cooking show. 😂

Tarek filme pendant que je le taquine encore et que je vous montre comment je prépare mes gemista grecs. Aubergines, courgettes, tomates et poivrons rouges, jaunes, orange et verts, tous farcis de bœuf haché assaisonné et de riz.

Beaucoup de couleurs et encore plus de saveurs! Tarek filme, je cuisine et le spectacle commence. 😂

🎬 Part 2 of the Eva and Tarek Cooking Show! 😂

Now it is time to stuff every vegetable one by one, and I am even sharing some of my little tricks with Tarek along the way.

Gemista is a long labour of love. Preparing all the vegetables, making the filling, stuffing each one and baking everything slowly takes time. If people only knew how much work goes into one beautiful Greek meal! 🇬🇷🍆🍅🫑

And yes, I am still teasing Tarek while he tries to film me. Some traditions must continue! 😂

C’est maintenant le moment de farcir chaque légume, un à la fois, tout en partageant mes petits secrets de cuisine avec Tarek.

Les gemista sont un véritable travail d’amour. Préparer les légumes, cuisiner la farce, remplir chaque légume et laisser le tout cuire doucement demande beaucoup de temps. Si seulement les gens savaient tout le travail derrière un merveilleux repas grec! 🇬🇷

Et bien sûr, je continue de taquiner Tarek pendant qu’il essaie de me filmer! 😂

To every cyclist, supporter and visitor who walked through our doors, thank you. You could have gone anywhere in Montréal, but you chose my bistro. You returned, brought your friends, filled our patio and made Bistro Pizza du Parc your home during this unforgettable celebration.

Watching you enjoy our pizza, coffee and hospitality touched me more than I can express. I am emotional, proud and deeply grateful. You came from around the world as customers and you leave as part of our bistro family.

🚴 LA COURSE CONTINUE ET L’APPÉTIT AUSSI 🍕☕️

Ce vendredi 25 septembre, Montréal roule au rythme des Championnats du Monde Route UCI 2026.

La course Femmes Juniors commence à 14 h 15. Après toute cette énergie sur la route, venez reprendre des forces avec une pointe de pizza, un calzone, un sandwich ou un bon café.

Les drapeaux sont installés, les fours sont chauds et notre terrasse vous attend.

The Women Junior Road Race begins at 2:15 p.m. After all that excitement on the road, stop by and refuel with a pizza slice, calzone, sandwich or great coffee.
