It’s been a year since Cafe Mosa “opened it’s doors” and what a journey it’s been! 🫶

We started this company with a deep love for community and a desire to carry on our family’s legacy.

Now, we finally want to formally introduce ourselves and the heart behind the project.

This is the story of Cafe Mosa ☕❤️

For us, coffee is more than a drink. It’s a legacy passed down through generations.

Café Mosa began in Tolima, Colombia, where our family has been growing coffee for over five generations. Today, we continue that tradition as a Colombian-owned roaster based in Montréal. Our goal is to connect small-scale producers to coffee lovers while supporting sustainable farming and fair compensation.

Coffee is not just a drink, it’s a chain of care and hard work :

👩🏽‍🌾 Producers who dedicate their lives to cultivating the beans
🌱 Forests, soils, and biodiversity that sustain the trees
🔥 Roasters and baristas who preserve the story in every sip
🤝 Communities who gather around to share a coffee break together

All of our beans are harvested by hand, rain or shine, with extra care & attention.

Slow coffee, so you can taste the difference.
