We fought the west sun. We won.

The new patio umbrellas are here and they are absurdly large. Genuinely unnecessary.

You can now sit on the patio at 5pm without squinting like you are reading a menu at the surface of the actual sun. The west sun used to turn our patio into a tanning bed with table service. Now it just sits there, blocked, thinking about what it did.

Come sweat less. Covent Garden Market, closed Mondays. 2hrs free parking.

The sun showed up, so we’re not wasting it. Grab the patio while it’s good. Pairs well with Londonlicious.

The pizza pocket you grew up on went to culinary school and came back fried, deluxe, and mini.

Marinara with Sleger’s micro basil. Order six for lunch with fries or salad, or start dinner with them and keep going through brisket, pickerel or gnocchi.

Lunch 30 for two courses, dinner 60 for three. Until August 16.

It’s not a sandwich. It’s not a pizza. It’s a Foldy. Pizza dough cooked to order, folded over grilled chicken, house cured bacon, confit tomato, melty fontina, and herby mayo. Insanely good hand cut fries on the side. $24.

New on the summer menu. Even better on the patio, if you’re the type who likes to take your time.
