We have developed a new handle system for the grill brick. The Grill Brick is used in 90% of restaurants around the world with flat grills to clean the burnt, caked on carbon and food residue after a busy order rush or at the end of the day. Now the problem with the Grill Brick and the current handle system they have today is you are too close to the hot grill which results in burn injuries, as we
ll as it's greasy and hard to handle. Most restaurants that I have had the pleasure of discussing the way they use the grill brick, tend to use the Grill Brick by hand with out the current handle because the way the handle mounts to the brick. It is unstable resulting in the grill brick breaking and any problems that occur with that situation. As well as you are not able to utilize the full amount of grill brick while using the current handle. Now the handle system that we have developed, keeps you away from the grill, preventing burn injuries. You have more leverage during the task making it easier and faster. As well it is more sanitary to use as you do not have to handle the Grill Brick directly. Also the handle that we developed has a scraper on the opposite side of the brick making it more versatile. Usually you have a small metal scraper aside some were you use to scrape the larger food remanence before you use to grill brick. Now the struggle with that current situation is you are stuck looking for the scraper at times. Now you can have all the grill cleaning tools in your restaurant in one place. Also the Grill Brick is great for cleaning outdoor grills. No more hassle of finding wire bristles in your food. As well as the grill brick is a more effective cleanup. As well as Investors, mentors and networking to production and shelf space.
