The Lark's Nest produces love in the form of delightful canned goods, handmade crafts and so much more. The Lark's Nest - where love is grown and given back.

The Edibles: Inspired by nature and all it's unique flavours, every jam, jelly, sauce and preserve is made in a dedicated gluten free kitchen with no preservatives. The freshest fruits and veggies are selected, some grown and picked right from our garden! We want to make your mealtimes, dinner parties and gift giving easier and filled with flavours you never dreamed of. The Best of the Rest: Handcrafted mobiles, baby bedding gift sets and personalized art books are all made using recycled goods.

What if there was yet another way to use your favourite jams from The Larks Nest?! What if it involved ice cream?!
Well we have done the experimenting for you. We can safely say this is delicious!
No churn Blueberry Jam Ice Cream 😋🤯
There are some amazing simple recipes for no churn ice cream and I found one with google.
We used one to make an ice cream base, reduced 1/3 cup of blueberry jam, 1 tablespoon lemon juice and 3/4 fresh berries, & brought to a low boil for 10-15 min or until thick. Remove from heat, let cool and fold into the ice cream base. Pour into chilled loaf pans (we use plastic containers so I can share with family & friends 😊). Cover and freeze overnight or until solid.
People won’t believe you made it by hand and the flavour possibilities are endless 😍

We are back in the kitchen and getting the shelves filled for the 2025 Fort Langley Farmers Market season!
We have always been grateful for you all supporting local every week.
This is the year we need each other more than ever.
Opening for the season Saturday April 26th and every Saturday until December come out each week for your BC made, grown, baked and produced. Come out for the community connection. Come out just to give us a high five. Come out because it’s the best place to shop local!

We have batches of Dill Carrots, Habanero Dill Carrots & Dill Green Beans ready for Christmas in the Village of Fort Langley
Come and see us December 20, 21 & 22nd to stock up on all your favourites for the off season. Remember not all items are returning next year as we move to a farm model 😊 next weekend may be your “last chance”!
