Gosh this island is so dang beautiful 😍

The moon rises, moon sets, strange rainbows, ever changing lake and sky and clouds and weather patterns, I am constantly in awe and constantly inspired here
Very excited as I enter my second year in business with .ca and the summer markets are starting in just a few weeks 🙌

Nothing grows without the rain 🌱

We often think of growth as something that should feel easy and constant… but nature reminds us otherwise.

There are seasons of sunshine, and seasons of rain.

And both are necessary.

The rain slows things down
It nourishes what’s underneath
It creates the conditions for what’s next

Sometimes the slower, heavier seasons are not setbacks… they are part of the process.

I am so so so SO grateful for this wonderful community supporting this passion project of mine .ca this year.

It all started at the weekly farmers market back in June and I am blown away with the support I got each Saturday morning. What started as a few tea blends and a weekly market has now grown to a website and online shop, selling in a couple retail spaces and now currently providing TEN awesome tea blends (and more to come in 2026!!).

I am so inspired, grateful and lucky to get to provide these delicious teas that also support health, wellbeing and connection. We all need more time to enjoy a cup of tea, and I will always promote that - slowing down and enjoying a warm cup in your hands, an intentional moment of being with yourself or others.
I’ve got a lot of exciting things coming up in the new year, and this market last Saturday was my wrap to a great season.
