Brian Connolly Knives Brian Connolly's In my previous career I had spent many days in the kitchen as a Chef.

Now I spend most of my days in the shop designing kitchen knives, Bowie's, and Swords. Every knife I make is crafted with raw materials from the blade to the handle. In addition to hand forging knives in my shop, I also give 2-3 day workshops on teaching the young and old how to hand craft their own knife.
