Well, the weekend started a bit rough with the heat pump at the front of the trailer taking some unexplained damage, but turned out ok in the end!
11th in chicken, 5th in ribs, 5th in pork and 1st in brisket, good enough to take 3rd overall! Congratulations to on RGC and on GC!

The 2026 Spencerville Smoke Ring has an ancillary this year among other things, on the Saturday (Sept 26th). We're doing tailgate food! So here's a chance to show your creativity, but the catch is it has to include Pork somehow.

Well that was a fun Friday/Saturday at La Classique What the Pork?!

2nd in chicken, 19th in ribs(I guess I need to learn to cook ribs better!!) 3rd in pork, 10th in brisket and 6th overall.

Well that was a great weekend at The Jack 9 Canadian BBQ Championship. 2nd in Chicken, 11th in ribs, 1st in Pork and 8th in Brisket, for a 3rd place overall.

Well, got the cob webs shaken off at this weekend with a 3rd place chicken, 7th place ribs, 9th place pork and 3rd place brisket for 7th overall. Not the best but certainly not the worst! Now on to the Canadian BBQ Championship Jack 9!
