Platters for 3 and for 6

They will be available for pickup Friday, Saturday, and Sunday Thanksgiving Weekend (next week). They will be available for walk-in as well, but no guarantees, especially for the smoked turkey.

Regular menu will be available as well.

Check out the spread from today's staff appreciation catering job!

This is the food (drop off delivery) from our Black and Pink Package for 45 people in Mississauga today.

Choice of four Meats, six sides, with buns and pickles. Plates and cutlery (and take out containers) included.

What an insanely busy week!

4 full catering jobs. Smoke rolling every day. Plus the two locations are rockin

Thank you everyone for trusting us with your weddings and events. We still have a lot of jobs left this year, but plenty of space for more.

We are now booking Christmas and staff/customer appreciation parties for the winter. Give us a call for a quote.

Our Customer Appreciation and Charity Day was a massive success. Huge thank you to everyone that came out, new friends and old, to support Herizon House

We raised $1019 to help women and children in Ajax when they need it the most.

We also gave away around 420 burgers to people from all walks of life in the Ajax community.

Many people to thank for pulling this day off.

A Dash Of TLC for donating ALL of the buns for the burgers

Lisa Patel for volunteering right away when I brought this to her. She was amazing interacting with everyone, and keeping us in our social media toes!

Ajax Markets for hosting us

Jennifer Cedeno for being an absolute rock star. She came to support us and get a burger, and ended up helping us make burgers all day!

And last but not least, Nigel for making and cooking 420 burgers for our hungry guests. No one makes them like him

Today is the day!

We are giving away around 400 burgers today to show our appreciation for our amazing customers, as well as collecting donations for Herizon House

We will be at the back end of the Ajax Markets at the Ajax Community Centre.

A Dash Of TLC is also donating 400 buns for the day!

Let's have a great one everyone. We can't wait to see you.

Both locations are open with regular BBQ menu today as well.
