Exactly one year ago today, we concluded our first wonderful, sold out Dishcrawl event in the beautiful city of Hamilton. We owe a tremendous debt of gratitude to Mario Spina of NàRoma Pizza Bar for saying "Yes" without question to inexperienced nobodies; to The Courtyard whose phenomel chef set the bar for all future events (and owner Steve for playing piano as only the coolest cats can do); to the wonderful West Town Bar & Grill and Stanicak family for giving us space in their wonderful restaurant that did not in any way need publicity (and still doesn't) and to the delightful Ceylon Tea Bush Canada for ending our first event with impossible style and grace. Cheers to lovely supporters CHCH-TV, the Hamilton Spectator, Epic Books, Tourism Hamilton and every single one of the gorgeous Hamiltonians who paid $60 for an as-of-yet unproven food adventure! Cheers! http://www.chch.com/eating-your-way-up-locke-street/
If you love food and are looking for a night out of feasting, you may want to check out a local dish crawl. But just what is a dish crawl you may ask? Cindy Csordas went out today to find out for us. Trouble viewing video?
