At Ethos Cafe we believe that any institution should consistently strive to strengthen it’s character through significant moral actions. Located in the North of BC’s Purcell Mountain range, in the small town of Golden, we feel strongly connected to

the natural beauty of our nearby stomping grounds. Our mission is to serve exciting food and coffee products in an aesthetic environment, sourced from local and passionate suppliers, in a way that promotes integrity, community and sustainability.

We're very proud to announce that Ethos Cafe will be piloting an extended schedule.

For years, we've wanted to offer the community a "third place" after dark, that wasn't a bar or a restaurant. A quiet and stylish space for people to study, read or just hang out.

The formula:

• Drinks and pastries only
• 5-8 pm
• Friday - Monday

October is Women’s History month in Canada. This year, the Women’s Centre is inviting the community to come together to honour women’s stories, voices, and impact, through something that connects us all: food. We invite local restaurants, cafés, and eateries to join the celebration by creating a special menu item (food or beverage) inspired by women in history with a portion of the proceeds being donated to the Women’s Centre.

Sheniz Wilkie is the wonderful woman behind Noorish Foods which is the company that produces Sunshine in a Cup. This flavorful product is used by our incredible baristas in order to prepare a unique, warming and inspiring hot beverage.  

Our Turmeric Latte is prepared with Sunshine in a Cup and steamed milk of your choice. It is made from raw honey and an Ayurvedic blend of spices + organic goji berry extract to soothe and support your body, boosting your immunity and lowering any inflammation. 

$0.50 from every Turmeric Latte sold during the month of October will go to the women center in order to support women history month.

📣 We're going organic!!

You may have noticed that over the last month, we've been in the lab, tweaking the recipe, swapping our flour for a local, organic alternative.

Thanks to our friends at Ardent Mills, who made this possible, sourcing non GMO, organic wheat from local producers such as Grace Hill Farms in Mankota, Manitoba.

Better yet, we've started including sourdough breadcrumbs in each loaf, saving discarded bread from the bin, giving it a second chance!

Same deep flavors, delicious crust, no pesticides, no waste, no bu****it.

Now you've got even better reason to indulge in our goodies!
