Hello friends & family! 🌸🌿

I’ve been away from the garden for a couple of weeks, taking a little road trip to Northern Manitoba and Northern Ontario with my 85-year-old parents. 🚗❤️

It was absolutely fantastic — especially getting to see family we haven’t seen in 6 years. Those moments were truly priceless. 🥰♥️

Now I’m ready to get back in the garden! 🌷✨

I have an exciting event coming up September 26 & 27, so I’m officially in planning mode. Florals are being sketched out, new flowers are being dreamed up, and I’m playing with all kinds of beautiful autumn colours. 🍂🌻

And… I’m going to take a little try at recording a video or two of me piping a flower! 🎥🌸 (Wish me luck! 🤣)

Stay tuned for some sneak peeks as the garden starts to bloom again. 🌿✨

This week’s cupcake order is a special surprise for a birthday celebration! 🎂💐

I can’t wait to see these beautiful buttercream colours come to life. 🌷🌿🎨

What will they become? You’ll have to check back later in the week to see the finished garden… but I have a feeling they’re going to be absolutely stunning! 🧁✨

🥵🌸 Buttercream vs. 30°C heat… the heat won! 😂🧁

A huge thank-you to everyone who came out to the Greenland Garden Market on Friday! It was such a fun evening filled with great sales, wonderful conversations, amazing vendors and a few melted cupcakes! 😅

My first outdoor market came with a few lessons:

☀️ I assumed it was indoors… you know what they say about assuming! 😬
🧈 Buttercream’s arch-nemesis? HEAT.
🧁 The cupcakes looked beautiful for about 30 minutes… then they started sweating. Just like me! 😂
❄️ Rotating cupcakes in and out of the cooler every 10 minutes taught me one thing: I need a second cooler!
🤝 Meeting new people and connecting with fellow small-business owners? Priceless. 💕

Thank you, Greenland Gardens, for hosting such a wonderful market! Even with the blazing heat—and a few cupcakes melting (my neighbours benefited! 😂)—it was an awesome experience. 🌸♥️

🌸🧁 It’s almost Market Time! 🧁🌸

I’m all set up at Greenland Garden Centre in Sherwood Park today from 4:00–8:00 PM!

You’ll find the market in the Rose House, just to the right of the main garden centre. 🌹

It’s a HOT one out there! 🥵 My buttercream floral cupcakes may be sweating right along with me 😂 so come early before they’re all gone!

There are approximately 30 wonderful vendors to explore, making this a lovely way to spend a Friday evening. 🌸🛍️

Come wander, shop, support local, and stop by to say hello! I would love to see you there. ♥️😊
