Streetcar Terroir with …May 27 🏮🚋 A rolling celebration of connection—linking Alberta’s wild landscape with the rich culinary and distilling traditions of Asia and Ireland.

Aboard Edmonton’s iconic streetcar, Alberta chefs Winnie Chen (Fu’s Repair Shop, Edmonton, Tracy Little (Sauvage, Canmore), & Liana Robberecht (Calgary) join Irish Drinks Practitioner and fermentation specialist Linda O’Flynn (Cask, Ireland) and Cocktail Director Glaziem Garcia (Fu’s Repair Shop, Edmonton) to explore the parallels between these regions: a deep respect for land, seasonality, and preservation. Through foraged ingredients, locally sourced plates, and globally inspired cocktails, each stop reveals how spruce tips, herbs, and botanicals can echo flavours found across oceans—blending cultures through craft, storytelling, and terroir.
