Looking for Back to Basics this summer we will be in five different markets; Wednesdays at Southwest Farmers' Market, Thursdays at Salisbury Farmers's Market, Saturdays at either City Centre or St. Albert Farmers Market (alternating weeks) and Sundays at Callingwood Farmers Market! Here we have some yummy candied back bacon that we got from Irving's Farm Fresh and then candied by Rob, it is all ready to go into our Maple Ice Cream, the maple syrup come from a wonderful vendor at Salisbury Farmers' Market. Make sure you stop by and try a sample of our Candied Bacon and Maple Syrup Ice Cream!!

Our other March flavor is Fresh Mint ice cream! We have lots of this one and it's refreshing.

I'm looking for some new ice cream flavors. I am hoping to add at least one christmas ice cream and sherbet. Any suggestions would be great!

So with adding the soups to our table we now offer the full meal special. It starts with an appetizer of soup, a entree of a medium lasagna and then ice cream or sherbet for dessert. It is $25 or $30 depending on what lasagna you want with it and feeds three people.

Back to Basics Pasta Co. is now making soups to sell at the markets! We are starting with Butternut Squash soup, which is vegetarian!! It is $5/16oz or $7/32oz container.

If you are ever looking for us we currently are doing two markets. We are at the Salisbury Farmers's Market on Thursdays from 4:30 to 8pm or at the City Hall Market on Saturdays from 10am to 3pm. Both markets are year round!
