We’re so happy to celebrate this collaboration and friendship as Shooby’s Gelato officially pops up inside Da Cecot for the Edmonton Fringe Festival!

From August 13–23, come say hello, enjoy some fresh pasta, grab a gelato to go or stay for a full Italian meal—all while experiencing the energy of Whyte Avenue. 🎭✨

What do you call filled pasta? 🤌

For many, the answer is simply ravioli. In Italy, the answer changes from one region—and sometimes one town—to another: agnolotti, cjarsons, culurgiones, casoncelli, pansoti, casunziei…and that’s only the beginning. 🇮🇹

At Da Cecot, we bring these regional traditions to the table, one small batch at a time. Come and try them when they appear on our menu—once they’re gone, they’re gone!
