It’s always a huge honour to be named one of Edmonton’s best coffee shops in 2026.

We really strive for quality, consistency, and creating a welcoming space on the North Side.

In the winter, we’re cozy a place to warm up, grab a coffee, and spend time with friends. And in the summer, we have one of the best patios in Edmonton, tucked away off the street and surrounded by lush grapevines. A lot of people tell us it doesn’t even feel like you’re in Edmonton!

We’re incredibly thankful and honoured that people continue to recognize Boxcar as one of the best coffee shops in the city.

We hope to see you soon! ☕️🍇

We’re so excited to welcome teachers and students back to school! As your neighbourhood café, we want to welcome our teachers back with open arms and free drip coffee all week! ☕️❤️

I know many of you are back this Friday, depending on your school system, so kick off the new school year with a coffee on us. It’s just a small token of our appreciation for everything you do and for the busy, fun fall ahead!

Want to upgrade to a matcha or latte? No problem just pay the small difference.

Teachers, your drip coffee is on Boxcar all week. See you Friday! 🍎☕️
