First stab at “atchara” - pickled shredded green papaya mixed with julienned red bell peppers, onions, and others. It wasn’t exactly planned so I had to grab whatever was available in my kitchen, including the jars. Next time, I’ll get some mason jars. Nevertheless, it was a Success!
