We made some changes to our labels. They all have some special meanings behind them.

Parcerco - "mate, friend and Dude" come through is our medium roast. The roast that we fell in love with on cup #1. Two tablespoons of beans (unground) per 250 ml of water. MEDIUM

Cathedral - While exploring, high up in the mountains of South America, there are magnificant cathedrals that bring the communities together. Our dark roast is up there with best roasts. DARK

Bolivar - A true story and elevated leader -Simón José Antonio de la Santísima Trinidad Bolívar y Palacios Ponte-Andrade y Blanco - "Simon Bolivar". Strong and passionate to liberate Latin America. Bolívar participated in the foundation of the first union of independent nations in Latin America, Gran Colombia, of which he was president from 1819 to 1830. Today , Venezuelan currency is named Bolivar. Our strongest of all our roasts by far.... ESPRESSO
