Started in a kitchen in Denare Beach. Now on shelves across Saskatchewan, Manitoba, and Alberta.
Boreal Bigfoot Sauce was never supposed to be a “thing.” It was just a blueberry-horseradish sauce that people kept asking to take home. So we made it shelf-stable, got it into boutiques, and the rest is still being written.
Small batch. Northern Canadian. Genuinely good on everything you BBQ or a charcuterie board.
