Chef Zak Collingwood Chef Zak brings over 25 years of culinary experience, formerly trained at Cordon Bleu Institute in France.

Chef Zak’s former years were spent travelling the world as a private chef for the Ambassador of Morocco. His menus pull from his past experiences, he is highly detailed in his work, Chef ensures every bite you experience is delectable. Chef now resides in Collingwood for the past 12 years with his wife Susan, together they founded the Collingwood Dinner Club.
