We all have an impact on the Earth, with every decision we make and every action we take. Today we remind ourselves of our commitment to be the change we need and to be the care takers of our beautiful planet Earth. Every day is Earth Day!
What can I do everyday?
- walk or bike instead of an automobile
- compost
- try plogging
- fashion with sustainability - donate and buy used
- change your diet for climate change - try a plant based meal once a week (or all the time!)
- educate yourself - go to earthday.org or earthday.ca to learn more about their efforts

In celebration of this day The Coup will be donating $1 for every Squash Salad and Cauliflower Cheddar Tart sold to TreeCanada!

Along with our takeaway and delivery platforms we are now offering first come, first served outdoor dining on our south facing, 17th avenue patio! I just can’t stop dreaming of the Cauliflower Cheddar Tart. Creamy vegan cheddar sauce and our house made pickles are a match made to devour.

Wow!! Our new beer lineup is amazing! (If we may say so ourselves)
Our beverage team has put together some of the absolute best of the craft beer explosion which we have been lucky enough to experience over the last few years here in Calgary. All of these local legends are ice cold and waiting for you here at your favourite local, from scratch, ethical vegetarian restaurant.

It’s a decadent combination of coconut milk, dark chocolate, and orange blossom. Vegan, gluten free, and soy free. A portion of proceeds from each drink sold supports . La Poutine week starts this Monday! Say hello to our Sumac & Roasted Thyme Parsnip Poutine. This yummy little number is topped with red eye gravy, vegan cheese curds, and crispy parsnip chips.
